  Wernaers Prize 2010  Version française

The Centre for European Research in Microfinance (CERMi) is happy to announce that Professors Marek Hudon, Marc Labie, and Ariane Szafarz have been awarded a Wernaers Prize 2010 by the FNRS for organizing the First European Research Conference on Microfinance on June 2nd to 4th, 2009, at the Université libre de Bruxelles (ULB) in collaboration with the European Microfinance Platform (e-MFP). These professors are co-directors of CERMi, which was created in 2007 by the Académie universitaire Wallonie-Bruxelles (ULB and UMONS). The scientific meeting for which they have been awarded a prize by the Fonds Wernaers pour la Recherche et la Diffusion des Connaissances, gathered microfinance researchers and practitioners from all over the world.
